Final Stabilization

Achieve 70%+ vegetation coverage on all disturbed areas

Complete tree replacement planting per approved plan

Install required landscaping (commercial)

Get County Arborist inspection (commercial)

File Notice of Termination

Submit NOT to Georgia EPD after site stabilization complete.
